Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry – Transplant Unit – Wisconsin

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 4x12 schedule available. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Patient ratio of 4:1.

Requirements
  • Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • BLS certification required (AHA only)
  • Telemetry experience and interpretation of dysrhythmias required
  • Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start (80% passing score; 100% accuracy on lethal rhythms)
  • Trauma Level I experience preferred
  • Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
  • Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Key Clinical Skills
  • Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing
  • Central line and PICC line management
  • Blood product administration and heparin/insulin protocols
  • BiPAP/CPAP management and oxygen administration
  • Pre/post hemodialysis management and renal failure care
  • Transplant-specific patient care and education
  • Management and interpretation of cardiac dysrhythmias
  • Wound care, surgical drain management, and ostomy care
  • PCA pump management and IV therapy
