Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry Transplant Unit – Wisconsin

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 1900 - 0730. Four 12-hour shifts per week. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Patient ratio 1:4.

- Patient population includes adults with renal, pancreas, and liver transplants, as well as transplant-related complications
- Strong collaborative team environment with multidisciplinary transplant specialists
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years required
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Epic charting system experience required
- Telemetry competency required - must pass facility telemetry examination prior to start with strict passing criteria
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
- Must complete flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Required skills include telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, central line and PICC line management, IV insulin protocols, PCA management, BiPAP/CPAP management, port access, and wound care
- Willingness to float as needed within the facility
- Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
