Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant – Wisconsin

Schedule: Day/Evening 12-hour shifts (0700-1930), every other weekend, holidays on rotation. Four 12-hour shifts per week available.

- 24 hours of orientation provided
Requirements:
- Active RN license required
- 3+ years recent experience in Hematology/Oncology/BMT required
- Level I trauma center or similar-sized hospital experience required
- Epic charting system experience required
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
- Must successfully pass telemetry exam with strict passing criteria prior to start date
- Previous charge nurse experience preferred
- Experience with 3:1 or 4:1 patient ratios preferred
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
