HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Travel (RN) / Neuro Medical Surgical / Telemetry (Trauma)

START ASAP DURATION: 13 Weeks

36GHR or 48GHR

SHIFT:  Days 7A-7P; Nights 7P-7A; every other weekend. 

CALL REQUIREMENTS: None

FLOATING REQUIRED: Any other med-surg or tele units

BLOCK SCHEDULING: Block schedule accepted as long as it accommodates every other weekend. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

ACLS, BLS

 

REQUIRED SKILLS: Keen neuro assessments, critical thinking skills, drain management

1-2 years' experience

EMR: Cerner

 

NUMBER OF BEDS IN FACILITY: 396

NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 24

MONTHLY DEPT. VOLUME: 24

PATIENT RATIO: 5:1 OR 6:1

 

TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
