Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support required.
Must-Have:
Proficiency in caring for all patient types in a Med Surg environment required.
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records required.
Experience with heparin administration required.
Skills in telemetry/cardiac care preferred.
Recent charge or precept experience required.
Description:
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg/Telemetry team.
This unit cares for a variety of med surg patients.
The patient ratio is approximately 4-5:1.
Nurses will be required to float across different campuses as needed.
