Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele

Shift Details

This position offers various scheduling options, including:

• 4x12 hour shifts
• 3x12 hour shifts
• 2x12 hour shifts

Day shift available for 3 – 12 hour shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing patient care in the MS/Tele unit, delivering high-quality healthcare services to meet the needs of patients. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and monitoring patient conditions
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Educating patients and their families on health management and care plans

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in MS/Tele
• Must possess a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required

Assessment Requirements

During orientation, candidates will be required to complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment. An acceptable score on both assessments is mandatory.

Additional Information

Registered Nurses (RNs) will utilize Qualivis - Lotus for submitting hours worked. This position does not utilize block schedules.
