Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical / Telemetry (Med/Surg RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour or 4x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:00 | 36 or 48 Hours per Week Available
- Schedule Structure: Full schedule flexibility required. Orientation Date(s): 11/9, 11/23, 12/7.
- Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (EOW) required.
- Holiday Coverage: Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day). Maximum of 1 day off requested between 11/25–11/29 or 12/23–12/27.
- On-Call / Standby: No Call required.
- Floating Protocol: Required to float across other Med/Surg Telemetry units and local campuses within the same discipline. Ratios & Unit Details (8SE Unit): General Med/Surg post-op patients (prostatectomy, mastectomy, abdominal, thyroidectomy), Heparin drips; EMR: Epic.

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. First-time travelers accepted.
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Iowa RN License or active Multistate/Compact RN License verified via Nursys strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active BLS required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted) [HARDSTOP].
- Active NIHSS Certification strictly required [HARDSTOP].
