Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS TELE RN)

Position Overview

This is a float pool position for a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse. The role involves providing care across various units within the facility, including Medical-Surgical Telemetry, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Emergency Department (ED). Nurses in this position will specifically care for medical-surgical boarders.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in multiple units as needed.
Utilize advanced telemetry skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide patient education and support for medication management.
Float between all Medical-Surgical Telemetry units, PCU, ICU, and ED as required.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing role.
Strong expertise in telemetry monitoring and management.
Must have prior experience with floating between units.
Must be separated from previous employment within the organization for a minimum of 6 months.

Schedule

This position requires 12-hour night shifts with a commitment to working every other weekend.
