**Exciting Opportunity for MS/Telemetry Registered Nurses!**
**Job Description:**
- Join our dynamic float pool team as a Night Shift MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse!
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (3 shifts per week)
- Work schedule includes 6 weekend shifts over a 6-week period.
- Must be willing to float between departments and four facilities in the region.
**Requirements:**
- Active AZ nursing license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Patient-to-nurse ratio: 6:1
- Scrub color: Any color
- Cerner experience is preferred
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional patient care using the Nursing Process in line with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for the safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Offer direction and supervision to the team delivering patient care.
