EPIC experience is required. Description: Candidates must have a New York license in hand. This position requires a night shift working 4x12 hours. Every other weekend availability is required. Floating to other units is a requirement. First-time travelers are accepted. This is a high-volume unit with 26 beds. The unit primarily cares for patients with CHF, acute myocardial infarctions, post-device care, and arrhythmias. The unit also cares for general surgery patients, including those undergoing colon-rectal procedures, ostomies, and plastic surgery. Candidates must have previous charge experience and charting system experience. Skills required include blood product administration, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and wound care. Candidates should be able to manage non-invasive airway techniques and oxygen administration. The facility operates as a tertiary care hospital with a total of 528 staffed beds. Candidates must be flexible and willing to float as necessary. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary support. Verification of foreign education may be required.
