Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. This role requires a dedicated professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• Weekend Requirements: As needed, with a rotation schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a team nursing environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Patient Care Coordinators and Registered Nurses, to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:7, ensuring all patients receive appropriate support and attention.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding promptly to any changes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Level I Trauma experience is required.
• Prior travel nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience in a large hospital setting is required.
• All candidates must be in compliance with NLC guidelines and possess a valid nursing license.

Additional Notes

• First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have at least 3 years of recent experience in this specialty.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate block scheduling for this position.
• Candidates residing within a 100-mile radius of the location will not be considered.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission and cannot be added post-offer.
