Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team for night shifts. The position involves working 12-hour shifts, primarily from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule that includes every other weekend. The role also requires flexibility to float to different locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care during the night shift.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient management.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Document patient care and maintain accurate health records.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
Experience with EPIC electronic health records is mandatory.
Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
Must be willing to float to various locations as needed.
Candidates must have been separated from previous employment for at least 6 months and in good standing.

Orientation and Testing

New hires will be required to complete a day one pass/fail test during orientation, with one attempt allowed. Additionally, there will be two attempts to pass Relias testing during the onboarding process to prepare for onsite testing.
