Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Ability to pass a Telemetry competency exam
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Must be able to float to like units and overflow areas
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients in a float pool environment
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe, effective patient care
• Adapt quickly to varying patient needs across like units and overflow areas
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards throughout the assignment
• Complete required onboarding competencies and compliance testing within required timeframes
