Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Strong telemetry background and confidence working in multiple inpatient units
• Epic experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to thrive in a float pool setting
• Flexible availability for rotating day and night shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients across multiple units
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, efficient patient care
• Adapt quickly to varied clinical settings within the float pool
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong clinical communication
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment
