Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Strong telemetry nursing experience in multiple acute care settings
• EPIC experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to work effectively in a float pool environment
• Must be available for 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients and medical-surgical boarders
• Float across multiple units as needed, including Med/Surg Tele, PCU, ICU, and the ED
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond appropriately to patient changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support safe, efficient patient care
• Document accurately in EPIC and maintain strong clinical communication
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs in a fast-paced acute care float pool setting
