Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The position requires a commitment to excellence in patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care on assigned units, including Med Surg Telemetry.
Float to like units and overflow areas as needed.
Participate in onboarding assessments, including Dysrhythmia and Medication tests, with a focus on achieving a passing score.
Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain current certifications.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
A minimum of 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience is required.
Ability to pass the Telemetry Competency Exam.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA is mandatory.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHABLS) certification is required.
Knowledge of Critical Paths is preferred.
Charge Nurse experience is a plus.

Additional Information

This position will require the ability to float to similar units and overflow areas as necessary.
Orientation is conducted biweekly for new hires.
Candidates will be required to complete all testing within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
All requests for time off must be presented at the time of submission.
Candidates who have worked in this organization within the last six months are not eligible for rehire.
