GHR Healthcare is seeking experienced MST RNs for a travel assignment working 36 hours per week! Join a collaborative team providing quality care to medical, surgical, and telemetry patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide post-operative care and support recovery.
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with the care team and maintain accurate documentation.

✅ Requirements:

• Active RN license valid in the assignment state.
• Recent Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience.
• BLS required; ACLS and additional certifications per facility requirements.
• Strong assessment, time management, and teamwork skills.
