Carenest Health Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, New Hampshire.
PAY:
Local Pay - $60/hr on W2.
Travelers Pay:
Taxable Amount - $36.5/hr on W2
Lodging Stipend - $800 weekly
Meals Stipend - $586 weekly
Weekly Gross - $2,700 weekly including stipend for 36 hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Med Surg/Tele
Location - 250 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301
Duration - 13 weeks contract
Night Shift - 7 pm to 7:30 am
Weekly Hours - 36 hours
EMR - Cerner
Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 or Concord Hospital Franklin,15 Aiken Ave,
Franklin, NH 03235
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including cardiac telemetry rhythms and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Respond to emergencies, participate in rapid response situations, and provide high-quality patient-centered care.
Ensure infection prevention, fall prevention, and quality improvement initiatives are consistently followed.
REQUIREMENT:
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS - Required.
Must have 3 years of experience within the specialty - Required
Anyone with experience in managing TR band, post cath or cardiac procedure, managing hemostasis. Proficient in Stroke assessment. May float to ED hold, ICU/PCU
