Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Med/Surg telemetry position requiring NIH Stroke Certification and a night shift commitment.

Details

  • Hospital-based position in the Cardiac Med/Surg (Tele) unit
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NH or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
  • Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
  • Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in cardiac/telemetry nursing required
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Provide telemetry nursing care to cardiac med/surg patients
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
