Job Opportunity – Long Term Acute Care MS/Telemetry RN – South Carolina

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday day shifts. On-call responsibilities rotate after 5pm daily and on weekends among 6 to 8 staff members.

Highlights:

  • Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit with neurological focus
  • Daily census of approximately 15 patients serving adult and geriatric populations
  • Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Social Services
  • Epic EMR system utilized for documentation
  • Reimbursement available for completion of required pre-assignment modules (up to 16 hours)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
  • Neurological nursing experience required
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
  • At least 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
  • LTAC experience strongly preferred
  • Skills must include complex wound care, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and tracheostomy care/management
  • Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
  • Must reside 100+ miles from facility to qualify for full travel rates
