Job Opportunity – Long Term Acute Care MS/Telemetry RN – South Carolina

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday day shifts. On-call responsibilities rotate after 5pm daily and on weekends among 6 to 8 staff members.
Highlights:
- Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit with neurological focus
- Daily census of approximately 15 patients serving adult and geriatric populations
- Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Social Services
- Epic EMR system utilized for documentation
- Reimbursement available for completion of required pre-assignment modules (up to 16 hours)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
- Neurological nursing experience required
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- At least 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- LTAC experience strongly preferred
- Skills must include complex wound care, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and tracheostomy care/management
- Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
- Must reside 100+ miles from facility to qualify for full travel rates
