License: Required state nursing license must be in hand or pending. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Strong MS/Tele experience, Cerner experience preferred. Description: The role requires a registered nurse with expertise in medical-surgical and telemetry. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the last 7 years. Experience in charge roles is preferred. Applicants must possess required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Strong telemetry skills and experience with remote monitoring and rapid response teams are essential. The patient ratio on this unit is 6 patients per nurse during the day and night shifts. Traveling candidates need to be within a specified travel radius. Two supervisory references are required from previous positions to support experience. Requested time off must be provided during the application process and cannot exceed 7 days in a 13-week contract. No time off is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. Candidates must pass specific competency exams related to EKG rhythm interpretation. Modules must be completed within designated time frames post-hire. Failure to meet compliance requirements may result in cancellation of the contract.
