Submission Requirements:

Must have Advanced Tele experience

WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles at the local rate)

Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in acute care setting (specialty) and documents travel experience.

Skills Checklist matching specialty

Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission

BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS

NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses

RTO MUST be included at time of submission

EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required

Cardizem and Insulin Drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) Phenobarbital on Tele

Will Consider First time travelers with good experience

May float to the psych annex (orientation provided) and float to lower acuity SD in addition to Med Surg/Tele

Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Franklin or Concord (on an emergency basis only)
