Must have competency to float to telemetry. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Two years of experience required, first-time travelers are welcome. Blocked scheduling cannot be approved. Five days of requested time off only. Staff will be flexible, experienced, and willing to float between units. Patient demographics primarily include adults and geriatrics. Daily census varies. Interdisciplinary support available. Candidates should have experience with diverse patient diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, oncology, general, and diabetes management. Candidates must adhere to a strict dress code and grooming standards. All visible tattoos must be covered. No facial hair, acrylic nails, or unnatural hair colors will be permitted. Visible body piercings other than earrings are not allowed. Earrings may not extend beyond the earlobe or be hoop earrings. Module completion is required during onboarding and is non-billable.
