The goal is to optimize patient care and comfort. The position functions within the established guidelines of nursing practice in Missouri. Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend and at least one major winter holiday. Night shift personnel will undergo day shift orientation. Requested time off up to 5 days in each 13 weeks may be automatically approved. The patient care ratios on the unit are approximately 4-6 patients per nurse.
