Must-Have:
- 12 months of permanent experience in specialty applying for
- Active required certifications in hand at the time of submission
- Reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for
Description:
Position available for a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse.
Travelers may be required to float to other units to care for the same patient population.
Shifts may vary to meet operational needs.
MUST have 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
Candidates must have a valid Ohio license or compact state license.
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
Travelers are expected to work at least every other holiday.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation, and an acceptable score on both is required.
Candidates will have two attempts to pass these assessments; otherwise, they will be canceled.
Background checks will be reviewed, and candidates cannot have any open cases.
Candidates must meet certain health and drug screening requirements.
Additional requirements include ongoing education competency and participation in annual modules.
