SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

• Shift hours/Contract Length: 7p-7a, 13 weeks
• Charting: EPIC experience required
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
• RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission
• Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
• Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
• Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: RN's within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted. Locals accepted for LPN's
REQUIRED LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS

• Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State RN license. (NY is not Compact)
• BLS and NIHSS Required - Please include valid NIHSS in submittal.
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response (dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code team activation)
• IV therapy/phlebotomy (peripheral line care/management)
• Nasal cannula, oxygen administration/tanks, non-invasive airway management
• Isolation precautions
UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

• Ratios: 1:5 to 1:7
• Must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months
• MS/Tele Unit will be assigned at time of offer
• Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
• Floating: Will be required to float within skillset
