Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong telemetry and Meditech experience, along with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
Document patient assessments and care in Meditech.
Participate in shift handoff and provide effective reporting.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Schedule

This is a night shift position, with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The schedule requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and every other holiday.

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts RN License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ARC or AHA).
A minimum of 3 years of previous Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience is required.
Telemetry and Meditech experience are mandatory.

Additional Information

A flu vaccine for the 2024/2025 season is required prior to the start of employment. A telemetry test will be administered on the first day of orientation.
