- Required Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, colostomy care, feeding tube care, blood product administration, central line blood draw, phlebotomy, and wound care
Description:
This position involves caring for patients with a variety of diagnoses such as dementia, diabetes, COVID-19, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, encephalopathy, GI bleed, anemia, and hip fractures.
Responsibilities include providing medication management and monitoring vital signs.
You will be required to utilize skills in telemetry remote monitoring and rapid response teams.
This role includes working with various medical devices and protocols including CPAP, BiPAP, high flow nasal cannula, and others.
Orientation will involve training on unit systems for medication, documentation, and communication.
You may need to float to different units as required.
Weekends and holiday work requirements will be expected.
RTO (Requests for Time Off) is limited to 7 days.
