Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.
Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Med-Surg Unit (MSU) that provides care for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients. Our unit boasts excellent staffing ratios to ensure quality patient care:

Candidates must be comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients.
The position is within a 20-bed medical-surgical unit designed for both adult and pediatric patients.
This role involves working 12-hour night shifts. The typical schedule includes:
Travelers may also assist in Flu Immunization clinics when necessary.
Orientation is conducted on Mondays only. Travelers who miss the compliance deadline will be rescheduled for the next available orientation session.
Travelers may occasionally be required to float to other departments where they are qualified to work. This could involve taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting, or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights or phones.
Holiday coverage is required, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Requests for time off during these holidays will not be acceptable.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience is required for this position.
