Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar medical-surgical or telemetry setting and will be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Shift Details

Schedule: 3 shifts per week
Days: 7 AM to 7 PM
Every other weekend and holiday required

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts RN license required
BLS Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
Minimum of 3 years of prior medical-surgical/telemetry experience
Proficiency with Meditech software is mandatory

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in patient education and discharge planning

All applicants may be required to complete a telemetry competency assessment on the first day of orientation.
