Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry and neuro nursing, and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care in telemetry and neuro units.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient information accurately using Meditech.
Complete floating to similar units as needed.

Shift Details

Schedule: Days - 7 AM to 7 PM
Hours: 36 hours per week, 3 shifts of 12 hours each
Every other weekend and holiday requirement

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts RN License
BLS certification (ARC or AHA) required
Prior experience in telemetry and neuro nursing is essential
Meditech experience preferred
Travel experience is required

Additional Information

A telemetry test will be administered on the first day of orientation to assess competency in critical areas.
