The Nursing Director will contact candidates within 24 to 48 hours of receiving their profiles to schedule the interview. The manager will accept 3x12 or 4x12 shifts. Ratios are 1:6 to 1:7. Every other weekend availability is required. Candidates must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs. First-time travelers are not accepted; travel experience is required. Candidates must complete all assigned modules prior to the start date. Attendance at staff meetings is required. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. All candidates must provide proof of their pending South Carolina license if not already issued. Time off requests must be included at the time of submission. The facility is allowed to call off one shift per two weeks. After two call-outs without a documented medical reason, a contract may be considered for cancellation. Candidates should be prepared to complete all required lab tests within the specified timeline. Modules must be completed by the specified deadline; candidates will not receive clearance without completion. Candidates with planned vacations during the compliance process must complete all labs prior to their departure. All compliance documentation is critical for the proposed start date.
