Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry- Delivering skilled nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and communicating any changes to the healthcare team
- Administering medications and treatments according to physicians' orders
- Educating patients and their families on managing medical conditions and post-treatment care
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry- Valid RN license
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
- Epic experience
