Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry (MS/Tele RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:00 | 36 Hours per Week (Sunday – Saturday Schedule Rotation)
    • Schedule Structure: 12-hour night shifts. Total Contract Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Strictly 36-hour guarantee (no 48-hour guarantee accepted). Daily OT applies after 24 hours (differential based); Weekly OT applies after 40 hours (differential based).
    • Weekend Coverage: Standard department operational guidelines apply.
    • On-Call / Standby: Standard department operational guidelines apply.
  • Location Region: New Hampshire (NH) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted (50-Mile Radius Rule applies to travel candidates)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
    • Minimum 1 to 2+ years of dedicated MedSurg / Telemetry clinical nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP] (Critical Care RNs accepted if comfortable with MedSurg ratios).
    • Resume must clearly document 2+ years of specialty experience AND previous travel experience [HARDSTOP].
    • Floating Agreement: Candidate MUST be explicitly informed and agreeable to float to sister campuses in Laconia and Franklin, NH [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
    • Active New Hampshire RN License OR Active Multistate Compact RN License strictly required IN-HAND at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
    • NURSYS License Verification report covering all active RN licenses required at submittal.
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification strictly required IN-HAND at submission [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification strictly required IN-HAND at submission [HARDSTOP].
    • NIHSS certification strictly required prior to start.
