**Job Description:**
- **Role:** Registered Nurse - Sierra Med/Tele

- **Shift:** 3x12, Days
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a dynamic Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
- Utilize your telemetry expertise by identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuous learning and improve your skills through required telemetry competency exams.
**Requirements:**
- NV RN license required prior to start.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS.
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele experience.
- Previous travel experience of one 13-week assignment is a must.
**Additional Information:**
- Be flexible and ready to float to meet the organization's needs.
- Willingness to pick up one additional shift during the scheduled period.
