Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for implementing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver individualized nursing care to patients. This role involves collaboration with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care based on patient assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Conduct triage and various other nursing interventions as needed.

This position operates within the scope and standards of nursing practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure. The nursing practice adheres to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by relevant professional nursing organizations.
