License: Current RN license in Client Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience in reading rhythm strips and managing post-stroke patients. Administering medications safely and in accordance with policies. Participating in productivity and effective resource utilization, including staffing, time management, supplies, and services. Complying with all nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements. Engaging in professional development and completing all mandatory education requirements. Integrating nursing research and current evidence into practice. Providing a supportive learning environment for new employees and students. Performing other duties as assigned.
