Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,503 per week in Madison, WI

Additional considerations include a requirement to manage various patient needs including IV access, telemetry monitoring, wound care, and isolation precautions.

Employees will be scheduled for 36 hours off between the end of a scheduled night shift and the beginning of a scheduled day shift for patient care. Day and night shifts are 12 hours, with every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed. The unit cares for adult, med/surg patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses. There is a focus on the geriatric population. The unit includes a locked wing for patients under correctional supervision, with staff always accompanied by correctional officers. Additional considerations include a requirement to manage various patient needs including IV access, telemetry monitoring, wound care, and isolation precautions. Floating may be required as needed.
