An ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required. Candidates will receive two attempts to pass the assessments; failure to pass may result in cancellation. Background checks will be reviewed, and applicants with an open case will not be accepted. Candidates must be nicotine-free, except for specified exemptions. A negative drug screen is required within the past 12 months and must be updated annually. Candidates who do not meet requirements will be considered non-compliant and removed from the schedule. Modules for competency and training will be required and may involve a time commitment before starting the role.
