Candidates must be able to float to other facilities if necessary. The role requires experience in cardiac telemetry and telemetry charting systems. Epic EMR experience is required. The RN will provide care for adult and geriatric patients. The daily census is approximately 20 patients with a ratio of 4 patients per nurse. Key responsibilities include managing IVs, administering medications, and monitoring telemetries. Other essential skills include blood product administration and management of various medical devices. The position requires adherence to isolation precautions and the ability to interpret dysrhythmias. Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams. This role may involve reassignment to different departments or units as needed. Proof of COVID vaccination and booster is required. All RN positions require a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
