- 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required
Description:
We seek a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry.
The position requires strong experience in MS/Tele.
Candidates should possess valid certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
Nurses will care for adults and geriatric patients.
The daily census is approximately 28 patients in a 28-bed unit.
The unit is responsible for the clinical and service outcomes it produces.
The nursing staff works alongside an interdisciplinary team.
Staff will float to other units if needed based on census concerns.
All competencies must be documented and demonstrated.
Candidates should be prepared to manage diverse patient diagnoses.
