Description:
Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit is needed for a 13-week assignment.
Shift requires 4x12 hour nights from 18:45 to 07:15.
Floating may be required to other units based on skill set.
Weekend coverage will be required every other weekend, subject to change based on needs.
Experience in bariatric surgery, blood product administration, colostomy/ileostomy management, feeding tube care, and total joint replacement will be preferred.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the specialty.
Experience with telemetry is essential.
Previous community hospital experience is preferred.
Charting system experience with EPIC is required.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate and document competencies for tasks.
Travelers must comply with all requirements and protocols of the facility.
Modules may be required to be completed before the start of the contract.
