Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Viroqua, Wisconsin.

Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

This position involves working 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM with a commitment to two out of every three weekends. Holiday coverage will also be required.

Minimum Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant nursing role.

Certifications and Requirements

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Experience in a critical access or rural healthcare setting is preferred
