Weekly Pay: $2,470/week gross

Taxable Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,750

Shift Details

Day Shift
12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
3 shifts per week
Every other weekend required
Holidays as scheduled
No call or standby required
EPIC charting
Primary assignment at St. Anne Hospital, with floating required throughout Region I:
- St. Francis Hospital – Federal Way, WA
- Virginia Mason Medical Center – Seattle, WA
- St. Anne Hospital – Burien, WA
Additional $20 for hours worked at another Region I facility
Patient ratio: 5:1
Remote telemetry monitoring; nurses must read telemetry strips
12-hour orientation, including 1 day of unit-specific orientation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
At least 1 year of acute-care RN experience required
Active Washington RN license required; facility is willing to wait for license
BLS and NIHSS certifications required
Must be comfortable titrating Heparin, Morphine, and Fentanyl drips
BSN not required
Professional scrub colors accepted

Unit Details

31-bed Med/Surg Tele unit
Common patient diagnoses include pneumonia, cellulitis, end-of-life care, elective joint replacement, emergent abdominal surgery, mental health, and long-term placement
CPAP equipment available
Nurse aides available (8–10:1 ratio)

Clinical profile review followed by a manager interview
Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment
