Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

  • Two shifts available:
    • Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm
    • Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm-7am
  • Holiday and Weekend Rotation Required
  • No guaranteed hours
  • Overtime paid at the regular, all-inclusive rate
  • No call required

Minimum Years of Experience

1 year of experience required.

Certifications/Requirements

  • General Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) / Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

Description

The Registered Nurse in Med Surg will be responsible for the care of patients who require a Medical/Surgical level of care. Patients may be classified as Medicine or Med/Tele Status.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg or Tele experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association only.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
  • 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start

  • Active Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Holiday Coverage Required

Yes
