Shift: 12 hr nights (19:00-07:30), rotating weekends
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to provide exceptional care for acutely ill adult patients and those undergoing both elective and emergency surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for medical-surgical patients.
- Monitor patients, including those requiring stable telemetry monitoring.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- Epic EMR experience required.
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- Telemetry monitoring experience required.
- Orthopedic and bariatric nursing experience preferred.
