Med-Surg / Telemetry Float Pool Registered Nurse (MS/Tele Float RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Work Week: Sunday – Saturday
    • Overtime Policy: Weekly OT after 40 hours; Daily OT after 24 hours (based on differential).
    • Schedule & Time-Off Policy:ALL Requested Time Off (RTO) MUST be included at time of initial submission.
    • Multi-Site Floating Protocol:Traveler may be floated across regional hospital campuses including Concord Hospital Main, Concord Hospital - Laconia (80 Highland St, Laconia, NH), and Concord Hospital - Franklin (15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH).
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment (11/16/2026 – 02/13/2027)
  • Location Region: Concord, New Hampshire (NH) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted (Local rates apply within 50 miles)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1–2+ years of dedicated Med-Surg / Telemetry RN experience strictly required [HARDSTOP] (Critical Care RNs accepted if comfortable managing Med-Surg patient ratios and acuity). Resume must document prior travel experience.
  • Onboarding Testing Requirements [HARDSTOP]: Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding process (target score of 80%+ preferred) [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active New Hampshire RN License OR valid Multi-State Compact RN License strictly required at time of submission (NURSYS report and license verification required) [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) [HARDSTOP].
    • Active NIHSS (Stroke Certification) required prior to start date [HARDSTOP].
    • Preferred Credentials: Active AHA ACLS preferred. Cerner EMR experience preferred.
  • Profile Submission Documents [HARDSTOP]: Up-to-date resume with travel experience, matching skills checklist, Driver's License matching profile address, and all RTO must be submitted concurrently [HARDSTOP].
