**Join Our Team as a Med Surg / Tele RN – Nights (4x12)**
**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Mercy Hospital St. Louis, 615 S New Ballas Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63141
- **Position:** RN – Med Surg Tele
- **Openings:** 1
- **Shift:** Nights, 1900-0700
- **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 48
- **Weekend Expectations:** As required by facility, typically every other weekend
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Licensure Required:** Current RN License in Missouri
- **Certifications:**
- Required: BLS and ACLS from AHA, NIHSS
- Preferred: Not specified
- **Experience:** 2+ years in Telemetry
- **Patient Ratios:** 4-6:1 (estimates)
- **Equipment:** Standard Nursing equipment on Tele unit
- **EMR:** EPIC
**Unit Information:**
- **Patient Mix:** 50% Medical / 50% Tele adults only
- **Team Dynamics:** Must be a team player with a focus on positive patient outcomes and superior communication
**Dress Code:**
- **Scrub Color:** Black
**Auto Offer Guidelines:**
- **Interview Process:** 7E Tele Manager will interview every candidate within 24 hours of offer; all offers subject to final manager approval
- **Contract Duration:** 13-26 weeks
- **Requested Time Off:** Up to 5 days in each 13-week assignment can be automatically approved
- **Orientation:** Night shift orientation occurs on day shift; traveler must be available the entire week for orientation
