Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant – Wisconsin

Schedule: 12-hour day/evening shifts (0700-1930), every other weekend, holidays on rotation

- Patient ratio of 3-4 patients; daily census of approximately 37
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
Requirements:
- Active RN license required
- BLS certification (AHA only) required
- Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
- 3+ years of recent experience in Hematology/Oncology/BMT required
- Level I or Level II trauma center experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start (80% passing score; 100% accuracy on lethal rhythms)
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
