Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, focusing on patients with cardiovascular conditions. The position requires a commitment to working night shifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiovascular issues.
Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and overall health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, particularly in cardiovascular care.
Exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of cardiovascular conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
